Can I run scans across multiple client domains in one place?+
Yes. The agency workspace lets you add unlimited client shops, group them into portfolios, and trigger batch scans across all of them at once. You can also schedule recurring monthly or weekly re-scans and get diff alerts when new banned-term claims appear on any client domain.
Can I white-label the PDF reports with my agency branding?+
Yes. Upload your agency logo and (optionally) the client's logo, set primary brand colours, and every PDF report renders with your branding rather than EcoClaim's. The report itself shows flagged claims, AI rewrites, country-specific risk, and substantiation status.
How do I upload client certificates and substantiation evidence?+
Each client workspace has a certificate vault. Upload PDFs of Fairtrade, MSC, FSC, EU Organic, B Corp, ISO 14001, and other recognised schemes. When EcoClaim detects a claim that maps to a stored certificate, it auto-justifies the claim in the audit report instead of flagging it as unsubstantiated.
Is there a multi-seat / team account?+
Yes. Agency plans include team seats so consultants, account managers, and legal reviewers can share the same client workspaces with role-based access. Audit and approval activity is logged per user, which helps with internal QA and client billing.
How is agency pricing structured?+
Agency pricing is based on the number of client workspaces and the volume of monthly scans. There's a flat platform fee plus a per-client allocation, with discounted bulk pricing once you exceed ten active clients. Reach out via the contact form for a tailored quote.
What happens to my client data if a client leaves?+
You can archive or fully delete a client workspace at any time. Archived workspaces preserve audit history and PDF reports as a read-only record (useful if a regulator later asks for evidence of ongoing monitoring), while deletion is irreversible and removes all client scans, certificates, and reports within 30 days.
