Common questions

What counts as a 'scan'?: Each scan analyses a configurable number of pages from your store URL — Standard scans 5 pages, Pro 10, Deep 20. Scans run our full AI compliance engine: 82 banned-term checks, country-specific risk overlays, and AI-rewritten alternatives for each flag.
Can I cancel the Complete subscription?: Yes, anytime, from your billing portal in Settings. You keep your benefits and remaining credits until the end of the current billing month.
Do unused scan credits expire?: One-time pack credits never expire. Complete subscription monthly credits reset each billing cycle (they don't roll over).
What about VAT?: VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country, in line with EU MOSS rules. If you're a B2B customer with a valid EU VAT ID, the reverse-charge mechanism applies and VAT is zero-rated.
Can I get a refund?: Reach out at /contact within 14 days of purchase if any credits are unused. We follow EU consumer protection rules.
