A site slot is one website you monitor — an online shop, a corporate site, or a client's site. You start with 2 free, and every pack adds more: Starter +1, Pro +3, Complete +8. They are cumulative — buy Pro then Complete and you have 2 + 3 + 8 = 13. Buying the same pack twice adds its slots twice. Slots are never replaced or reset.

Each scan analyses a set number of pages from a site URL — Standard 5 pages, Pro 10, Deep 20. Every scan runs the full engine: 82 banned-term checks, country-specific risk overlays, visual/image analysis, and an AI-rewritten alternative for each flag.

Yes. The engine reads each page semantically rather than matching an English word list, so content in any EU language is analysed directly — Polish, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Czech and the rest included. Directive 2024/825 is EU-wide, so the same prohibited practices apply in every member state.

On top of that, six markets have an additional national layer: regulator-sourced local phrasing, the national enforcement body, and local severity weighting. Those are Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Poland— Polish claims are checked against UOKiK's own greenwashing enforcement and the reserved-term rules for “eko” and “ekologiczny”. Outside those six — the Nordics included — you get the full EU-level assessment without that national detail. PDF reports can be exported in 5 languages regardless of the language of the site you scanned.

No. All three are one-time packs — nothing auto-renews and nothing resets monthly. Buying a pack permanently unlocks its features and tops up your credit balance. Buy a higher pack later and it simply adds more; you are never downgraded.

Never. Scan credits and check credits stay on your balance until you use them — no monthly reset, no expiry date.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They take payment, calculate and remit any applicable VAT, and issue your invoice — so card details never touch our servers. If you are a B2B customer with a valid EU VAT ID, enter it at checkout and Lemon Squeezy applies the reverse-charge (VAT zero-rated).

Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; note that starting a scan or otherwise using credits counts as consuming a digital service, and consumed credits are non-refundable. Reach out at /contact and we'll help.
